Antep Green Jar
DA-0703 · Gaziantep, Southeastern Anatolia
Glazed in green or left dark, these small jars from Gaziantep in southeastern Anatolia stand between 25 and 50 cm. They were made as household vessels, and a group shows a range of heights and glaze depth. On a stone floor they look settled; on a shelf or a windowsill they bring a controlled colour. They suit a restaurant, a hotel breakfast room or a kitchen garden. Sold within a grouped collection order, with variation in size and glaze.
